Glowing Color on painted Part

I painted the car for my sim but some part that i painted is glowing for some reason i really dont like it too pls help

I think that's because you have reflections on or on high

Check the alpha channel of your textures, the way the bright part is shaped make me feel like there's a big white region in it. (alpha channel is used to control reflection, not transparency)

So How do i fix it im new at painting

You need to edit the alpha channel of the texture you are painting, you'll need an application like Gimp or Photoshop to access it and save it correctly.
Darker values mean less reflections.

edit: my guess from you first screenshot is that you used an editor that doesn't handle alpha and every part you edited as now an alpha value of "1". (opaque image -> full reflections)

Click the channels tab (in between layers and path)

Aight what next? Theres 4 things Red Green Blue Alpha What do i have to do

Edit the alpha layer, make it match the dark grey/black around it on the regions you have painted.
