Logitech G29, no buttons are working

i run into a problem when i try to calibrate my logitech g29 for grand prix 4. i can select the correct pedals and the steering wheel but when i go to calibrate i have to click on the fire button but none of the buttons work then so i can't can calibrate. what can I do to make the buttons work? I have installed the logitech software and selected the grand prix 4 profile.

your standard fire button should be x
if you want to change it go to gear change and look to the top right called "change up" and change that to fire 5.
Then it should use your right paddle shifter.
fire 6 is the left one
If not even your x button works try to deselect grand prix 4 profile in logitech ghub
