problem with gpi browser

Hello everyone,
Could you explain me how to use gpi browser?
My game and gpibrowser are in c:\grandprix4\.
When I launch gpibrowser, the loading bar appears then stops with an error message: "exception EAccessviolation in module gpibro~1.exe in 000A3A4A. Access violation at address 000A3A4A in module gpibro~1. exe reading address 060c0000"
Can you help solve my problem?
