Replay Speed and engine volume?

Hi guys,

I've noticed that the replays in some mods seem to be at actual race speed whereas other mods the replays seem to be much slower. The engine sounds in replays also seem louder in some mods over others. Is there a setting or config file where these can be adjusted?
