Simucube 2 FFB

Hello all!
I've managed to get GP4 working with vjoy/joystick gremlin, with the pedals and wheel correctly calibrated, but I cannot activate FFB in the advanced menu, it is greyed out. Is there any way to enable this via a config file or is that just a pipe dream? I've spent the last hour or so googling it, but there is limited information available on this!
