CSM GPxPatch error

Hey Guys,

Maybe somebody can help me please

my CSM ended always with an GPxPatch error:
Software failed - After trying Hardware pref

I stop GP4 always normally ( in game )
But error come up after it.

Sometimes, GP4 crushs and error come up as well.
