Need help with installing mods for GP4

Hello there.
I need some help and can't find it anywhere.

I been replaying GP4 after many years of not playing it.
I downloaded season mods for the game, I currently have 1993-2006-2010 mods downloaded but they came as a CMU file.
I haven't found a way to instal the mods and searching for them on the internet haven't produced any succesful.

I see people saying you need the ZAZ tool to unpack the mods in the game, when using it saying that "windows cannot access the specified device,path or file, you may not have the appropriate permission" am using 1.26 version.
I did run it as adminstrator and all the other ways to do it.

I also tried just putting on season mod in the game file and Trying to use the GPxPatch and go to GPxset but the season set is blackout.

So am stuck here with mods I can't use. With tools that Dont work with forums post that Dont really work and am lost at what to do.

Do you have the decrypted version of gp4?

Can be found in gp4central.

If so. When you open zaz tools set path to gp4exe file (inside gp4 folder).
Usually when installed it will ask you for the correct path.

Yes it is the version from gp4central, it is installed on my desktop as recommended by people.

The zaz tool doesn't work, each time I try to launch it, I have downloaded it over and over again the same error pop up
I put it in the game files. In the document. Etc
