Hi!!!....lately I noticed that the cars are too shiny...how can I make them look less shiny?

There are few ways:
-make cars textures alpha channels darker (currently they are white or light grey) with (photoshop, paintshop pro or similar tool)

-stop using dynamic environment mapping (either from in game graphics or f1craphics.cfg)
