GP4: Some problems. Solutions?

Hello,

after a long time I installed again GP4, but some problems arose:

1- GPXPatch exactly what is it for? I do not remember. Do I have to start GP4 from the GPXPatch or its desktop icon?

2- Can I install the Mods without CSM / ZazTools? I remember that there were Mod that were installed without the Tools, possible?

3- To play 1920x1080 you only need to edit the f1graphic file?
