Help with tyres

Someone , someday , taught me how to make the xx_tread_0_right_1 and xx_tread_0_right_2 but I don't remember who was , maybe Arnaud or Bernard but I'm not sure .
I want to make the tyres textures for the 2018 season , please if someone knows how to do xx_tread_0_right_1 and xx_tread_0_right_2 let me know .

Thank you for your reply but this is not the question . I want to know how to make these 2 specific spinning wheels tga files . I'm not sure but I guess that I have to use the 3Dbrowser . Don't know really, can't remember

take your tread_0_right_0 texture and apply radial blur to it

You take xx_tread_0_right_0 and edit it with photoshop/paintshopro/gimp or similar tool. And you make spinning version from it, with radial blur effect, choose the right spinning effect % , for
xx_tread_0_right_1 choose from 10%- 25% and xx_tread_0_right_2 25 %to 50%

With Ulf's tyres I use for xx_tread_0_right_1 9% radial blur for the tyrewall and 18% for the rim and alpha channel. For xx_tread_0_right_2 45% for tyrewall, rim and alpha channel.
