McLaren 1987

Hi everybody
I open a new topic with my little problem with the McLaren 87 converted by Ayman. There is this graphic problem. I deleted the generic-cokpit tex file but the problem is the same. I think it's depending of the distance between the camera and the car. More the car is far bigger is the problem So, I have no solution...

This may be a LoD issue as it is going better when you close on the car. Try to force LoD_0 for the car and see if it's better.

There is only lod0 in this mod. So...

Well, where is the problem in the picture up there? I can't see it!

The black line on the McLaren

I have seen this issue with other cars as well and so far I have not found the reason. Could be related to the graphics car/ graphics driver combination as in my case it started when I switched to a new PC.

Ok but why only the McLaren?

seem to recall it was due to overlapping faces. In your case one with carbon mapping, and right on top of it the one with the livery.
