Help with replacement downloads

The old XP PC finally crashed and I have had to reinstall all of my GP4 stuff. I particularly miss all the great works from Jorge and F1Virtual but most of their tracks listed in the GP4 database is only accessible through GP4forever. Been a bit since I have been on there and it displays in Spanish (and I must do the "forgot user name and password"
. Is there another option or can anyone help with this? Also, some of the downloads are on "4shared" and that site will not allow any downloads without first requiring a bunch of other BS to be downloaded first, items that have caused many issues in the past. Any advice would be most appreciated.
