GP4 Weather Forecast Graphic Bug

So I have a weird problem running the DTM 2015 mod (a CSM mod) where the weather forecast is glitched (bugged) I dont know how to fix it maybe someone could help me here

I believe it is related to a corrupted .gph file. (Path=Grand Prix 4/Menudata/PC/GP2001) I don't use CSM but I had the same problem in a Non-CSM mod. Can someone else confirm this. If it is a .gph issue, just replace with the original file from Gp4.
