GP4 Windows 10 install

Hello Guys

I have Just bought a new computer and I'm ready to give gp4 another go.
However, since I've been away for a while, I'm hoping You can help me with a couple questions:

1. How do I install gp4 on windows 10 without an optical drive?
2. Where can I find an install file for gp4?
