My Car is SOOO much faster than everyone else!

Hi there,

Been playing GP (1,2,3,4) since early 90's - brilliant game.

Just got into 'modding' GP4, but despite setting all car performance to the same (420 BHP) ... my car always seems to revert back to the typical 800 or so BHP.

Any way of slowing myself down?

Have tried using GP4Perf, TeamEditor and just had a look at gp4tweak (although this didn't seem to have car performance tweaks available.)

why not altering the other cars performance until they are equally fast (that's the way I go...)

i believe there's some .txt or .cfg file somewhere in the game folders (gpxpatch folders?) named something like "player car's perfomance", which determines the player's car engine power and grip, but right now i can't find it anywhere in my own game folders. so i either deleted this file some time ago, or maybe this file is just imaginary (?) weird thing...
