Problem with CSM

Hello all,

I could do with some advice. Whilst using a CSM mod, my computer crashed leading to me having to install a new .exe. Since i've done this, I have been unable to load any mods. The problem occurs when CSM tries to talk with TSM. At first, it said try deleting any .str files which i did but now i just get a message like this in as an exception error:

Does anyone have any suggestions?
