What should I do? Every time after Gp4 installation I have the same problem.

That means that if you've put your carbon file as a carbon.tex and you select high textures in game, it causes to not load the carbon. What you can do is make the carbon.tex a hi_carbon.tex by using Slimtex for example and then put it in your cars.wad. Load up the game on high textures and it should do the trick. Same goes for white cars ;)
