Has the Austin circuit been released for GP4?

I'm looking for the Austin circuit to help build up my personal 2014 trackpack and was wondering if one was available?

This is the only version that I know but maybe there is an updated version (?)

There is a version that appears in the last MOD compiled by Josekast that has been modified for 2014.
