1990 Mod?

Is there anyone out there who knows of a 1990 mod?
I found this one: http://www.4shared.com/rar/VmwQoUTU/Grand_Prix_4_MOD_1990_HD.html however, when I run it, the heads are in the wrong place and seem to be floating near where the t-cam is. I'm not sure if it's a installation error on my part or an original error within the program, and as a newbie I'm not familiar enough with the programming side of things to currently correct it.
I did find these on youtube, but I'm not sure if they are private mods or public ones that is no longer accessible?
