XBox One controller help!

The game doesn't start when I'm connected to the xone controller, but it works fine when I'm not connected.

Can someone help me?

The Xbox 360 controller woks fine, by the way.

I get a black screen when I start the game and the controller is connected. So it is not possible to calibrate the controller.
