please explain how to configure advanced settings for the fast and slow tracks

I would refer you to RacerAlex's Advanced Formula 1 Setup Guide, which you may find with one simple Google search. It's written for F1 2002, but it's pretty much applicable for GP4 as well. (It's 'only' physics after all.)

It writes it up very nicely - but its length also shows you why I decided not to elaborate on the issue here.
