Need Community help with flashing graphics * help?

Hey people of the community I'm stuffed if I can work this problem out
I'm needing someone to possibly upload this wad + team edit file + info
& have a go at fixing this issue, I've provided simple pics to show what's happening.
gezere had some good info & a link to a fix using Zmodeller but I couldn't get the gp4 files to load up.

the problem is only with :
