You'll want 'GP4 Physics Editor v1.03' from this page.

When you've opened the editor, click on the 'Help' button in the lower-left corner of the program; That has information on what each value does.
Make sure that the program (GP4Phys.exe) and the help file (GP4phys-help.htm) are together in the same folder as your GP4.exe
