Freezed game - possible research?

Hey all,

I drove a 100% at Piranema. I never had any problems there, but this time the game froze. I have a saved game about 15 seconds before the freeze. You can download it in the link. Please use the dat contained in the download because I changed a few things at the track.

It would be nice to hear, whether other users have this problem as well, or wheter it appears just on my PC. Maybe the programmers are able to and would like to make some research what causes those freezes. I recommend to use a keyboard for those tests, because there you have a >50% chance to close the game via 'ctrl + alt + del'.

Well I had that also, maybe a possible failure, or a mod fault I guess. Like I had the 2015 mod that freezed out, so I have no clue on the fix. But it would be great to see a fix for GP4.

Anyways, I had 2002 mod, but no casualties of the freeze of that mod, so I don't know. We look to discuss.

I run the game windowed anyway :P
But I can't give it a go right now, possibly later

Thanks for the test, SDI . I tested this savegame about 20 times before I uploaded it and the freeze was reproducable. Every time before the first hairpin, GP4 froze.

Now - a few days later - I tested once again. Result: No freeze at all!
Crazy!!!
