Does anyone know if the Ferrari test track is available anywhere?

When I searched, I saw discussion of one sometime ago, but nothing more.

I saw something recently, but I can't remember what/where sorry

Fiorano is under construction but I confess there has been no buffer zone to get fully dedicated to it since my little baby was born

Progressing, and there are many of F1 virtual team involved.
