What did you edit? And do you use GPxPatch for using the performance file? Car power and drivers' performance is one of the easiest things to change in GP4, so we should make it. Just tell me exactly what you did.

I do not understand

You said that the cars only have about 300km/h top speed in Monza, and you want to increase that, right?

In the magic data of the track, you'll find player and AI gear ratio and wing settings, amongst others. My guess is that these values are not correct, means too short ratios and wings to high. See this tutorial for further information [www.grandprixgames.org]
