Editing car textures

I have updated my basic 2001 carset with one that ads the tobacco advertising liveries. Everything seems OK except the two Ferraris are now solid white no matter the view. I have found a separate Ferrari tex file but cannot find that file anywhere in my GP4 folder. I assume it is a hidden file but I need to know how to edit that.
