Hi guys.
Here is the new Monaco CC-line and track cam set, updated as much as possible to reflect those
used during the 2015 F1 event.DOWNLOAD LINK: [

Monaco is a very unique track when it comes to CC-line and camera editing as well - the main challenge was to successfully navigate my way through the ribbon with mainly below-10000 radius curves. Some of the cams are obstructed by the quadzillion of objects around the Monte-Carlo harbour, although that's to be expected to be honest.
I have to say the original files were pretty solid in this case too - not a lot changed, but those that did are quite significant.
CC-line-wise the most visible (or 'feel-able'
changes are at Massenet, at the Casino and down towards Mirabeau over the bump. Drivers now climb the bricks at Portier 1 and the line philosophy at the harbour and first Swimming Pool chicanes changed as well.
Massenet is now flat-out for the AI on entry as is the first Swimming Pool chicane for the player (the AI has a confidence lift there). You can really ride the kerbs in the case of the latter though, I made it so that you can use up all the track now, just inches away from the inside edge of the kerbs (but with still at least two wheels on the track itself; this is a basic principle in all my works in this series). These flat-out sections also show that the original GP4 track has a touch more track grip value in the magic data than in real-life.
At Casino, you are now less likely to bounce into the outside wall (you take a later apex) and the baseline now avoids the bump after that - although you can still drive through it, just don't be surprised when the AI takes a detour to the right in your mirror.
Portier 1 is very unfortunate. In real-life, you can climb the brick pavement above the kerb and find almost as much grip as you can on the track itself, but in GP4, the original .gp4 file devised it as Hard surface, which is somehow very rough. You can still change it yourself, though. (Best to take a bit wider line in the game.)
Finally, the Nouvelle Chicane - you carry a lot more speed into it now and its slowest point now is, as in real-life, its second turn (the first to the right).
The original track cams were really very good to begin with as well - I almost only had to change those that moved around during the years; the models of those that stayed in place were pretty good most of the time. (Zoom values and height values still changed a lot though.)
Enjoy and have fun.
