I don't know if you're interested in betas, but I have a few of these up in my topic - they are 99% accurate layout-wise, camera-wise, etc. they are just missing some or most of the surrounding environment.

- Hockenheim 1968 and Monza 1969, these are actually well-dressed 3D-wise, but are not my latest iterations layout-wise,
- Imola Classic and Monaco Historic layouts in their 2001 environments, these are actually in different topics, here [

- Brands Hatch 2012, which is really in a beta state with just the basic banks and verges around (but is an awesome track itself).
I can also recommend Ripping Corpse's Kyalami 1982 which is an excellent track as far as graphics go, it really has a good vibe.
