Looking for MotoGP 3D model

Hello GP4 modders!
I know this might sound an unusual request, but I am looking for a 3D model of a Moto GP or Superbike (like the Ducati GP12 or Panigale1199) converted to GP4. I know there are plenty of mods out there for GP500 or other Moto GP games, but I am not able to convert them.
Help would be really appreciated on either getting a model converted to GP4 or 3ds format, or providing some adviceon how to make the conversion.

There has just recently been a mod for rfactor with motogp bikes released. Have a look for that. Might help you in what you want to do.

Thank you, I have been looking for it, but all I can find is a minibike mod. If any body does know where to download this rfactor mod, please share the link or website.
