Guys... Need Help

Hey guys I'm asking for your Yoda type knowledge...

I'm trying to make a 2014 Mercedes cockpit and external wheel... I just have 2 problems....

One being everytime I try it I have a white line around the wheel yet I'm sure I have removed all of the white from the background.

The second being I have no idea how to work with the display textures for the dashboard. Wether its set and can only be used how it is or if I can actually play with it and move stuff around on it like put the LED's etc at the top with the screen and numbers underneath.

Any help at always will be greatly appreciated.
