Mod not loading correctly.

I just recently had a fresh install of GP4 on my computer I downloaded the 2014 mod and ran it with CSM. I fooled around with it for a bit and decided to run a season. So I ran the pit and lap editor to edit some of the distances for a few races. I saved it then re-ran GP4 and the driver names where the default one although the 2014 mod was loaded and the tire texture was really weird to. I even downloaded the decrypted exe and copied it over my old one and still to no avail. Is there a fix for this? Also are there any templates for the 2014 cars?

So I've managed to resolve the issue however I'have encountered another one. When I edit the lap count with TSM I save it and everything and it dosent show in the actual game.
