2014 Performance File ? / 8 Gear Tutorial?

Im looking for a 2014 Performance File, and a tutorial to activate the 8 gear in the game.

Well, I can tell you how to activate the 7. gear in the game, but an 8. gear is absolutely not possible, I was asking this in this forum earlier. And a 2014 performance file is not senseful today, because the season is not over yet. But you can write one yourself if you want to.

Their is no 8th gear in Gp4.
What you saw is a trick to get to show 8th gear but the truth is that the
gears you will have will be 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th gear. Gp4 only supports 7 gears.

Actually, the 2014 performance files are already uploaded (up to Montreal), including (a single) physics and torque-curves (both .ini and .cap, thanks to phantaman for showing me the way to produce the later).
