Team editor problem!!!! (fixed)

when i start team editor i have this error

i run the program in administrator and compatibility Windows xp

i have clean the registry key with cleaner + and i have delete the lo2k keys in regedit

i dont know why it doesnt work

I/O error 103 = Some file can't be opened...
I was about to say that maybe you are using some foreign language with weird characters but you're using french as me :p
Well, try to displace Teameditor folder directly on the desktop and try to launch it from here...
Also be sure no GP4 file is already open in another tool.

Removes team editor and removes all the corresponding keys. then reinstalls team editor.

all the key are removed and still not working

have you tried another version?

this is the first time I see these errors in the software

yes the the 3.2 and 3.5 and not working

Maybe a corrupted exe then (or an supported one).
Make a copy of yours and use this one to check. I'm sure this one works at least

no still not working :'

Then only a few files could cause it :
- cars.wad
- gpi and gph files
- f1gstate.sav

The easiest to check is the last one : make a copy of this file (and f1gstate.bak which is a backup automatically used by the game if first is not found) and delete these 2 files. Launch the game once and try TeamEditor again.
For the other two, it's a bit more tricky and you might as well make a fresh GP4 install instead, then try TeamEditor with each mod you are installing. One of them is surely the cause of this.
