I seem to be unable to get gp4master to work it keeps saying the same error.

invalid gp4.path.. please configure

gp4 master only works with the decrypted gp4 exe 1.0, so you have to create a new folder and insert the gp4 exe 1.0. Then start gp4 master and point it to this folder.

I have the no_cd exe 1.02 and have sent the gp4 master path to that folder, but it says it requires a decrypted exe to work, not sure which one it is after

as i've wrote above, you need the decrypred nocd gp4 exe 1.0 , not the 1.02

has anyone got a link to the 1.0 exe

getting slightly annoyed now.

I have the 1.00 exe but gp4 finder can only locate in when it is in a sub folder inside my gp4 folder and then says to run the game save settings to save the f1gpstate.sav file

and then because it is by itself when I try and run the game it says the bink32.... file is missing, but when I then drop the exe into the main folder the game works fine.

but then gp4finder can not find the exe

there's another thing you can do. Rename your original gp4 exe to gp4.exe_old and after this, drop the decrypted gp4 exe 1.0 in your gp4 main folder, this should work

i don't have the original exe. i only have the patched 1.02

might need to re install the game if that's the case

no, with the original exe i mean the patched exe 1.02

just changed the name of the 1.02 exe to _old and then copied in the 1.00.exe

but it says the gp4.exe is invalid it must be a decrypred exe 6250496 byte

then you don't have a decrypted nocd exe 1.0
