I would like to know if there is a parameter to adjust the wake effect, because in some mods is very strong, in other mods is very weak.

In GPTweaker it's the slipstream effect file, read the instructions in the file and you can adjust it to suit.

I looked into the specific folder tweaker of the mod, and all parameters are set to 50, to increase the slipstream what should I do?

I think you should set the values to 30.

Certain ones will increase the slipstream, I think a higher number will work, others will increase the amount of downforce lost behind another car, so set those to 10 if you find you can't get near another car.
