calling all track editor's

i've recently took a picture of a potential track based on where i live in guernsey start line is opposite the harbour then climbs up a hill which is home to the MCA guernsey hill climb then works down part of the country side then works its way down into a small part of our town and back on the harbour straight

what you guys think

secondly im no expert designer as was wondering if any kind soul would help make my dream reality i would be ever so grateful

if not i completely understand

looks like a great idea to me but am not a track builder sorry, the hill climb is cool!
