CSM1.26 problem for MOD installations [fixed]

hello. im having problems trying to install the 1991.cuh MOD for my GP4.

I open ZAZtools CSM 1.26 and it says....

CSMGUI126
"Unable to retrieve list
This could have several reasons. make sure you have configured your firewall properly or perhaps the sever just timed out. Also its possible that you can't retrieve the version list because of a proxy."


I dont know whats this means, so i click ok.
I go to install carset/update, and click on the 1991.cuh to open,
then the whole CSM program freezes, (not responding)!! so i have to restart the computer!!


I dont know what im doing wrong for this to keep happening. i have installed the GPxpatch and i am using the decrypted exe () downloaded from gp4db.com

if any u guys know whats is wrong. id love your help!!

ZAZ server is down since a while now. In CSM go to options menu and un-tick the auto-upload option. Now this would work.
