An interesting thought...

An interesting thought occured to me last night after watching the Nigel Mansell F1 Legends on SSF1. After reminiscing Australia '86 when Mansell had the massive blow-out, I wondered if such failures are able to or have been achieved in GP4 since it's launch all those years ago??

Would be great to see more realism to such failures as I'm currently used to a wheel just spinning round in mid air to resemble a puncture for example in GP4...
