How to open.GP3 files

Hi, this is my first time on a forum so apologies if i get any of the etiquette wrong.

I have recently rediscovered my love of Grand Prix 3 (much to the concern of my wife). I have been trying to install a number of new carsets but am unable to open the .GP3 file extensions that they are filed in. Is any one able to help? I have searched the net but the only information I can find is that GP3 file extensions are for Guitar Pro and I am sure this can't be correct.

hi and welcome on gpg, you need the gp3 editor to open the carsets oh and btw, it's the wrong forum
