I've been toying with the idea of building the Tyrrell 006 car for GP4 :-) The car that gave Jackie Stewart his 3rd world title back in 1973.

I was just wondering if there was already one around for GP4, before I start making it and also if you guys would like to see one for the game.

Just let me know :-)

It's a gorgeous car, and I'd love to see it in game.

To my knowledge none exist for GP4

Well after many hours of searching the forums and the internet... I see no Tyrrell 006 for GP4, which means I might have a crack at this one :)

@Meteoro405
Thats a great looking car, good job :-) ... 003 or 004?

The 006 came in 3 models, the 006 (72-73) - 006/2 (73) & 006/3 (74)
This model will be based on the 006/2, but it will be a generic model of the 006 :-)

This tread will be about this project and will be updated as it comes :-)
Looking forward to this one :-)

No, this one is the one we can see the rear wheel and rear wing into the first picture. By its number and its shape I think it's the 001 used in late 1970 (previously that year Tyrrell used a march 701)

I'm terribly sorry, after a better search I have to say that it's not the 001 -wich had an horrible flat front wing- but the 003 wich was champion in 1971. Really, really sorry.

I could.

001

003

In fact, that's basically the same car with a different nose and an airbox.
(but you knew that of course mate)

No worries mate :-) I wasn't sure if it was the 003 or 004 :-) but the plus side is that it's not the 006 ;-)

Just spent many hours last night getting as many Photos of the car as I can ready for the build :-)
