GP4 memory limit .cap for CSM

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone could upload the limit remover for 64bit systems? I found some threads containing the file but all the links are dead.
There should be a .cap file for CSM that automatically does this for you.

Sorry for all the silly questions (and maybe more to come LOL), I always try searching first though.
It's been so long since I've played, but man, am I enjoying this game again :D

mate i had a memory problem with my ram,tried to install 8 gb of ram and the game didn't start,what it is that memory limit remover?maybe it's good for me

It's a file that automatically updates your game exe so that it can use more memory (original uses less than 1gb!!).
I need this because my game crashes when playing for a long time with mods.
The new modded files are HD and need more memory resulting in the exe taking all it can, reaching the limit and finally crashing midgame due to over-use of memory.

So maybe this could be useful to me as well?i'm updating my pc,and i used to have 4 gb (2x2gb) and the game was working perfect,now i have updated the ram with 8 gb(2x4gb) and the game don't start anymore after i press start on the gpx panel i get a black screen and the game doesn't start..

Unfortunately I can't help with this .cap file, since I haven't heard of this yet. But Alessio's problem doesn't seem to me as a problem of too much RAM in general, but more like a similar problem to the one of maes. I play GP4 with 12 GB RAM (also had it running already with 15 GB) and never had a problem. But I also don't play solely HD mods. In this regard maes' explanation makes sense and I'd also be interested in such a limit remover, if it exists somewhere.

thanks a lot,will try later and post if it's working with 8 gb of ram,does you guys know if there is something similar for vga as well?because i'm going to change my vga as well soon..
