Sorry to keep making new topics that may have already been solved..just keep having problems..

Looks terminal 
Did the game crash while playing the mod? Or was any other program (TeamEditor, GP4 Builder, etc etc) open when playing?
Try the File - Recovery option.
If that doesn't work, I suggest deleting and re-installing the mod (as long as you don't lose any game saves / other important files).

Delete the contents of the wad-cache before loading a mod.
