What's f1manager?

Hello guys,just wondering after reading here on the forum,what it is this f1manager,it's an extension for gp4? thanks in advance

It's a manager series founded by multiple persons, they're doing a series with editing performances and the AI racing the whole time.
The mods are afaik private, only those, who run a race, may get one (could be wrong though).
If you mean a totally different one, i don't know xD
