team editor 3.5 question

on opening team editor 3.5 it says choose gp4 folder so I select it then the gp4.exe them it go's back to choose gp4 folder? help................
also can can anyone hook me up with a link where I can download gp4 edit cheers!!!

Is it the GP4.exe from the original game or the patched 1.02 version?
