TV Logos *Help*

NEED HELP

I Downloaded the ((Speed Channel)) Tv Logo from GP4 Argentina!!!!

Now my Question,

How can i put the Speed Channel TV Logo into the Game (Mods)????

Sorry my bad english. Put the folder -SPEEDTV- into directory Grand Prix4\GPxPdata\ pnl.
Now open the GP4 then in gpxpath ability one panels and it put the route, in this case SPEEDTV\SPEED_CHANNEL.ini.
