gp4.exe decryption help

hi guys i want to edit the performance of the cars on gp4 ie stop my williams bmw blowing up on lap 64 of the monaco gp I have tried to down load this file but can't make it work can someone give me the file with instructions how to get started thank you in advance

gp4.exe is a no-cd. v1.02 is for a patched version of gp4.
To change the cars performance you edit the performance file. The performance file is edited in notepad and loaded to gp4 with gpx_patch. It is likely you would have to find a relevant season performance file.
