About Fps

Hello everybody,i've got a little question for you guys ,i'm playing with a 1680x1050 resolution,in your opinion to how much i should set Fps to run the game smooth?

Its all depending on what graphic card/processor you have.

I have ati 3870 toxic and dual core e6850 with 23 inch monitor 1980-1280 resolution set fps on 25 and the PO never goes higher then 100%. With my older monitor 19 inch monitor with 1280-1024 i could put it on 35 fps.

yes i forgot to put the specific the monitor it's an 23 inch hp,led and i've got an nvidia Geforce 7025. the resolution it's as told below 1680x1050

it looks like it's working now in game but the menu it's very slow anything i can do to make it more faster?
