I played the F1 2010 game in Monaco track and realized it was much easier to play than the version of gp4
Not because of the differences of the game but becasue of the track...the track in GP4 is very narrow, difficult to play...But in F1 2010 it's more large...
Since I saw such impressive results on tracks such as singapore and abu dhabi ... I wonder if there is something that could be done by those who know how to do that, in this classic track...
Is there anything that can be done with the track of gp4 to improve it?

thnks, its just asuggestion to improve the game,
tiko.

We are accually waiting for an awesome Monaco update by F1Virtual. It's been WIP for a long time and I don't know if they decided to drop the project but that track looked very impressive

Anyway, without trolling too much, difference between Monaco versions is the same as between an arcadish game and a simulation one.
GP4 tends to be close to reality while F1 2010 only capture essence of environments without trying to reach perfect fidelity.
Thus despite its better 3D engine and better shader support, I can tell you the Monaco track is ten times better in GP4 than in F1 2010.
And if you ask why I say that, I will reply I personnaly work on a Monaco version since a looong time, based on real satelite maps and real event photos.

Anyway, if someone wants to make a larger (thus fantasy) Monaco track, I'm ok with that but I don't remind someone have created one so far.

In terms of gameplay, Monaco on GP4 is harder to drive than on F1 2010 but this is what makes his singularity into the season and that you have to be very concentrated and to fight until the finish line. Hard but a lot of fun and big challenge. On F1 2010, it is very nice and fun because you can go a bit faster but it doesn't need fine and art driving.
2 different games, 2 different approachs. :-)

I've been recently in Monaco to see the Tennis Masters of Monte-Carlo and I was amazed at how tight the road F1 circuit uses is tight! And I was even more amazed to see how steep the uphill from Sainte-Devote corner to the Casino corner is!

Then, after playing GP4 again in the original Monaco track, I've realized that it was pretty accurate!

A trackmaker can make a Monaco track wider, but it will not improve it, just make it easier :)
