Disabling 11th team

Hi guys.

I'm creating my own 2011 mod basing on Tony's 2009 template mod. This template mod have 11th team disabled. And I would like to enable 11th team back. Can someone please intruct me how to do this?

Go into Data\Tweaker\gp4tweak.ini and change CarsEnabler to 0.
